Managed Networks

ENTERPRISE NETWORKING WITHOUT THE PRICE

Your business runs on your network. We own the hardware, you rent it from us as part of a fully managed service — professional installation, IDS/IPS threat detection, port management, and ongoing maintenance included. No upfront equipment costs, no capital expenditure.

Rental Model

We own every piece of hardware in your network. You pay a flat monthly fee to rent and use it — and we handle everything else.

All hardware — access points, switches, gateways, cameras — is purchased, owned, and maintained by Varcorb. You never buy equipment or worry about depreciation.

Your flat monthly fee covers the use of all hardware, professional management, IDS/IPS monitoring, port management, and maintenance. Think of it like leasing a car — except we also change the oil, rotate the tires, and fix anything that breaks.

If any device fails, ages out, or needs upgrading, we replace it at no additional cost. Your network always runs on current, working hardware — that is our responsibility, not yours.

All Included

Enterprise-grade UniFi access points, switches, gateways, and cameras — all owned by Varcorb. Zero upfront equipment costs.

On-site setup by our technicians. Proper cable management, optimal AP placement, VLAN configuration, and thorough testing.

Intrusion detection and prevention monitoring your perimeter for suspicious traffic, unusual login attempts, and network-based threats.

We configure and maintain switch ports, VLAN segmentation, firewall rules, and traffic policies — so your network stays organized and secure.

Security updates applied during off-hours so your network stays current and secure without disruption.

Since we own the hardware, replacements are on us. Failed or outdated devices swapped at no extra cost.

Buy vs Rent

Most small businesses buy consumer-grade routers or sink thousands into enterprise gear they then have to manage themselves. Our rental model eliminates both problems.

FAQ

Why not Cisco or Meraki?

Our preferred network platform delivers enterprise-grade performance at a fraction of the cost. It gives us centralized management, robust security, and reliable hardware — without the licensing fees that come with Cisco or Meraki.

What happens if a device fails?

We replace it at no extra cost. Since we own all the hardware, replacements are our responsibility. We keep spare equipment on hand to minimize downtime.

Is there a contract?

Yes, we require a minimum one-year commitment. After the first year, service continues month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. This gives us the time to properly deploy, optimize, and prove the value of a managed network.

Do I need to buy any equipment upfront?

No. We own every piece of hardware — access points, switches, gateways, and cameras. Your monthly fee covers the rental and management of all equipment. If you cancel, we remove our hardware, but any Ethernet cable we ran stays with you.

Can you set up separate networks for guests and staff?

Yes. VLAN segmentation is standard in every deployment. We typically set up separate networks for staff, guests, IoT devices, and security cameras — each isolated for security and performance.

What does network monitoring include?

We use automated monitoring tools that alert us the moment a device goes offline, a connection degrades, or an anomaly is detected. Most issues are resolved remotely before they impact your business. For hardware failures, we dispatch on-site.

Do you handle Windows updates, desktop support, or email setup?

No. Varcorb is a network-focused MSP — we manage your infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, cameras), not individual computers or user accounts. For desktop support, Windows updates, Microsoft 365 administration, and general IT help desk, we recommend our trusted partner ED-IT Services (ed-itservices.com).
