FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most from prospective clients. Don't see yours? Just ask.

Ask us anything
How long does a typical project take?
Static websites typically take 2-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Custom web applications range from 6-12 weeks depending on complexity. Network deployments are usually completed within 1-2 weeks after the initial site survey.
Do you work with businesses outside of your local area?
Absolutely. Our web development services are fully remote - we work with clients across the country. Network management services are currently available in the Houston local area, but we're expanding.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Every project includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Beyond that, we offer ongoing maintenance and hosting plans so your software stays updated, secure, and running smoothly.
Do I own the code you write for me?
Yes. Once the project is delivered and paid for, you own 100% of the source code and all assets. No licensing fees, no lock-in.
What does the network management rental include?
Everything. We provide the Ubiquiti hardware (access points, switches, gateways), handle on-site installation and configuration, and monitor your network. If a device fails, we replace it at no extra cost.
Can you integrate with our existing tools and software?
That's one of our specialties. We regularly integrate with accounting software, CRMs, payment processors, email platforms, and custom APIs. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
What is your payment structure?
For project-based work, we typically split payment into milestones - a deposit to start, a mid-project payment, and a final payment at launch. Network management and Hosting is billed monthly. We'll outline the exact schedule in your proposal.
