- 30-day launch warranty. Bugs and small fixes tied to the agreed scope are handled at no charge after launch.
- Monthly services stay flexible. Hosting, support, and network management are billed month to month unless your proposal says otherwise.

PRICING FAQ
What if my project is more complex than the starting price?
The starting prices are for standard-scope projects. After our discovery call, you will receive a detailed proposal with the exact cost for your specific requirements. No surprises.
Do you charge hourly?
Never. Every project is quoted at a fixed price. If a project takes us longer than expected, that is our problem, not yours.
Are there any recurring fees for web projects?
Hosting and domain registration are separate ongoing costs (typically $250/month depending on your needs). The development itself is a one-time cost. We can manage hosting for you or hand it off.
Can I add features after launch?
Absolutely. We will scope and quote any additions as a separate project with the same transparent fixed-price approach.
Who owns the network hardware?
We do. All Ubiquiti equipment is purchased and owned by Varcorb. You rent the hardware as part of your monthly managed service fee. If you cancel, we remove our hardware — any Ethernet cable we ran stays with you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Project-based work is split into milestone payments (deposit, mid-project, and launch). We are happy to discuss a schedule that works for your cash flow.
